Both are incredibly powerful means for altering behavior, habits, fears, and phobias. They are both extremely effective at communicating with your subconscious mind and changing underlying thoughts and beliefs.
But which one will work better for you? It all depends on your needs and your lifestyle.
I have had great success with both tools, but at this point in my life I find that subliminal audios fit much easier into my day to day living. With 3 active children, 3 dogs, and 2 cats I find it nearly impossible to find time without distractions to listen to my hypnosis audios.
With subliminal audios I can listen to them anywhere and anytime and it doesn’t matter if there are distractions all around me. The gentle ocean sound fills the air as I go about my daily activities. My conscious mind is occupied but my subconscious mind hears the subliminal messages and begins to accept the messages as truth.
However, if you have a chunk of time to relax and can actually listen to hypnosis audios and would prefer to hear everything that is being said then hypnosis is for you. You simply need to be in a place where you can deeply relax without any distractions and you will benefit greatly from these audios.
One is not necessarily better than the other. One may fit into your lifestyle more easily than the other making it more likely for you to stick with. Or maybe you listen to subliminal audios during your day and relax in bed at night and listen to hypnosis audios. Either option will help you make profound changes within yourself and your world so that you can live a successful life.
